A busy couple of months is in prospect as I have 3 commissions to complete for Balfour Estate Agents. I can’t put any of the paintings up as they are leaving presents for partners in the business but I will once they have been handed over. In the meantime I have been out and about in Lechlade doing a couple of winter paintings. Firstly the Christmas Shop 2017 was done just after Xmas and is now available for sale:
Then the snow fell and this small panel is a view of the back of Hambidge Lane from the Cursus. I’ve a few finishing bits to complete but it captured the feel of a very cold afternoon.
Finally, I have a number of original oil panels and a few cards available for sale at the Tollhouse Gifts and Gallery shop in Lechlade. Even if you don’t intend to buy a painting, its good to have a look a the real thing as a photo doesn’t really capture everything. There’s lots of other good stuff to browse around as well.
An interesting discussion is price comment. I believe that you must write extra on this subject, it won’t be a taboo topic however typically persons are not sufficient to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers

Hi there, thanks for your comment. Prices for completed paintings are on the For sale page so I’m guessing you must mean commission prices. It’s very difficult to arrive at an exact list as I’ve had some commissions where I just sit in studio and use photos and others where I’ve travelled to Scotland and back. As a rough guide a 50x40cm canvas starts at around £400. Going up to 56x46cm starts at £550. Smaller commissions 30x24cm would be around £200. All these prices are unframed and could change as I’m still working out how much work each painting takes. But I hope this answers a few of your questions.
All the best
